The plates are treated previously with a thermo-protector product, to then be positioned in the frontal plane so they can be transported inside the baking chamber in an adjustable stainless steel conveyor.
The conveyor has three different speeds regulated manually.
The Ghibli Oven guarantees a balance between temperature and heating thanks to the heated air circulation within the baking chamber.
